How It Works

The products are sublimated with your design on them. 

When choosing a product, click ‘customise’, this will take you to our product designer when you can then create your very own design and even upload images.

We understand that mistakes happen – and will try to help out to the best of our ability. However, we may not always be able to help as your item may have started to be created. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if your item has been printed or not yet.

We cannot accept returns on personalised items unless the product is faulty or the incorrect personalisation has been added. Please see our Returns Policy for further details. 

Unfortunately if the product has already gone ot production this will not be possible. However, please contact our team as soon as possible for further information relating to your order to see if this would be possible.

We will print the exact design that you submit to us upon ordering the product. It is important to understand that the colours will differ to see what you see on your screen.

No – we will print the design that you submit to us upon order. It is important to understand the size of the product, as some items may then have a very small print that may be unclear when printed. 

Orders & Payments

At the moment all payment methods are though PayGate and SiD (an instant EFT). If you would like to purchase through a payment method that is not yet available on our site please get in touch to see what we can do for you.

Yes, we do. When you create your design you will see the fees for adding the design to your product – the more you order of the same design, the cheaper it is per unit. We also offer Reseller registrations. 

You can earn rewards on your order and spend these when ordering again. For every R5 you spend, you will earn 1 point. 100 points gets you R10. You can view your points in the My Account section, and use these as a discount on your next order. A maximum of R200 worth of points can be spent at Checkout at a time, points are applied ex VAT. You can also achieve 20 points for reviewing products!

Due to the items being custom prints, our lead-time is roughly 5-7 working days. The courier may add 1-2 days onto this, depending on your location.

We make use of courier companies to deliver the products. When the order has been shipped you will get a mail with the order tracking details.

You can track your order via the My Accounts Page > Orders, this will tell you where your order is in its journey. You can also check this via the Order Tracking page.
