Returns Policy

All products are subject to availability, and the customer will be contacted with alternative options should that specific product not be available, for whatever reason. 

Orders may only be cancelled if payment has not yet been made, and the order has not yet been sent for print and processing. 

Please check your order carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If there is damage, please report this within TWO days of receiving the order – please include specific details and photos of product damage. VONTAY GROUP, upon review, will send you a replacement product(s). 

Please also check that you have received the correct order, and if not – contact us within TWO days so that we can arrange to collect the incorrect order and deliver the correct order. 

Returns will only be accepted if within 7 days of receipt of the product you are not happy with the product and within reason. 

Return shipment is for your own account, and refunds will only be paid if the product is in its original sealed state. 

All returns are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of VONTAY GROUP. 

If your product was bought through another retailer, it will need to be returned to the original purchase location in order to be resolved.
